2025 Spring Registration Period
We are so excited to get the 2025 Spring Season started! Registration opened on December 1, 2024 and closes on March 21 for tee ball and rookies. Registration for all other divisions is now closed.
Parent Welcome Packet
We invite all parents/guardians to review our Parent Welcome Packet. This packet includes a checklist and information regarding certain season-opener tasks that will help you prepare for the season ahead, as well as information for designated Team Parents.
ScheduleThe Spring Season begins at the beginning of April and goes through the middle of June. Upper divisions (majors and higher) typically start practicing in March, and lower divisions start practices in April.
Game and practice times vary, depending on division, team and field availability. Schedules are available around the first week of April. In general, practices (1-2 per week) typically occur only at the beginning of the season, and start around 5:00pm. When games start, they will be on weekdays (~2-3 per week) at 5:00 pm or 7:00 pm, or on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Tee-ball does not have separate practices, they practice right before games.

Eligibility
Players of all skill levels, ages 4-16, who live in or go to school in MCLL boundaries are encouraged to play. No experience is necessary. All players will be placed on a team.
League Boundaries
Use the Little League Finder to confirm the appropriate league. Players who live (or go to school) south of 132nd St. SE and north of 180th St. SE, and within the Everett School District boundaries east and west, will play in Mill Creek Little League.

New Rule in 2025 - For Players League Age 7 & Under
Players league age seven (7) and under may register in any Little League program without respect to any geography-related eligibility or school enrollment eligibility requirements. Players registering under this option are fully eligible to participate in all aspects of league play, including International Tournament play, for the duration of their Little League careers provided they have continuous and unbroken service participation within the specific league where initially registered and provided all other participation eligibility requirements have been met. Learn more here!
Also, for league ages 8- 16: Players who have participated in the league without a break in participation since league age seven (7), or the sibling of a player who has participated in the league without a break in participation since league age seven (7), are eligible to continue participation in the league provided they maintain continuous and unbroken participation within the league and regular season play.
League Age
Your player’s league age is determined by the Little League Age Charts. The dates for baseball and softball are different, but each determines the division that your player will be in.
- Age Determination Date for a Baseball player is the actual age of a child on Aug. 31 of the current year.
- Age Determination Date for a Softball player is the actual age of a child on Dec. 31 of the previous year.
Divisions
We offer several divisions during the regular Spring Season. Differences include ages, pitching distances, base path length, coach vs. player pitching, etc. Learn more about the various baseball and softball divisions. (Note: Not all divisions are formed each year, it depends on if there are enough players to form a team. We may combine upper divisions or partner with other leagues in order to create a team.)
Division Changes
Complete the Change of Division Request Form to request that your child be allowed to participate on a different level than their assigned division.
General Information
Equipment & Uniforms
Please review our Equipment & Uniforms webpage for details. When you register your player, please provide their jersey size. For rookies and higher divisions, please provide their preferred jersey number (top 3 choices) at the time of registration.
Field Locations
Each division has a "home field". Review our locations here. The league's "home field" is Freedom Field.
Opponents
During the regular spring season, we play other Mill Creek Little League teams in the same division. Minors and Majors may participate in post season invitational tournaments, which are played against other little leagues.
Buddy Requests
At the time of registration, requests can be made for the player to be placed on the same team as their buddy (lower divisions only). We will do our best to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed.
Cost
Registration Fees
Registration fees range between $125 - $370, depending on division. The fee includes the cost of uniforms (baseball: jersey and hat only | softball rookies: jersey and visor; softball minors/majors: jersey and socks). Registration fees pay for field rentals/usage for ~50 teams, equipment, training, insurance, background checks and other fees.
Family Discounts
For families registering more than one child, we offer a $25 discount for each additional player. And, if the children are in the same division, and you would like them to be on the same team, please list them in each other's registration buddy request questions.
Late Fees
Players that want to sign-up after registration closes (excluding minors and majors, because they must participate in evaluations), may be allowed to do so. A $25 late fee will apply.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
We offer scholarships and payment plans. To request Financial Aid, submit the Financial Aid Request Form to our Player Agent. T-Mobile also offers assistance through their “Call Up Grant Program” - applications for the T-Mobile program are accepted in early January.
Division Change Fees
If your player is eligible for various divisions based on age, they register for a higher division (i.e majors), but ends up playing for a lower division (i.e. minors), we will issue a credit for the differences in registration fees (or vice versa).
